When you e-mail us, please include a short general description of what you have seen or heard, the time of day (or night) when it occurred, how often it has occurred, and a daytime phone number where you can be contacted to arrange an interview.
You can also submit an investigation request form. Go to the 'Contact Us' page and simply fill in the required information.
All information pertaining to our investigations is confidential, and your identity will not be disclosed to anyone without your consent.
