Hello everyone. We haven't posted on here in a while, but we are still an active group. We haven't been able to do any investigations recently because of the Covid-19 virus but, once the restrictions are removed, we will begin conducting investigations again.

Once again I apologize for not keeping this site updated. Life tends to get in the way some times and it slipped my Mind. This year has been extremely quiet and we have had no investigations since March (which took us until June to screen all of the responses we recorded) but the client seemed quite happy with the results.
However, in the past 2 days, I have received messages from 2 different people who may want us to do investigations for them, so if either of those come about, I'll try to remember to update the blog. Well, the article that we did for the college paper, that was reprinted in our local paper led to us doing an investigation last weekend. Not a lot of activity that we could see, but we need to screen everything to see what was actually recorded. Woke up this morning to find out that yet another newspaper wants to do an interview with us.
So, 2 interviews and an investigation (with another investigation possible in the near future) so far and March isn't even over with yet. Makes me wonder what the rest of the year will be like. Last month we did an interview for the Central Washington University newspaper, which was published last sunday. https://cwuobserver.com/11675/news/dont-call-them-ghostbusters Just found out that it was also picked up by the local paper in Goldendale Wa. and published yesterday. Also, we are screening the audio from our last investigation for the 2nd time, to be sure that we didn't miss anything. Not sure if Rob has finished screening the video or not, but once everything has been looked at, we'll schedule a time to show everything to the client.
We are currently busy screening audio and video from a recent investigation of a commercial location in Yakima. If anything significant turns up, we will post it on the site, but with 8 cameras and 10 audio recorders, and each recording for almost 3 hours, we have a lot to go through.
Well, once again I have been a bit negligent in keeping up with the blog, but not much has been happening.
The only people who have contacted us about investigations have been in areas that are outside of our coverage area. Two requests have been from the Seattle area, one from Bellingham, and one from Portland. We have also been contacted by another group that may want us to help them investigate an active building, but I don't know yet where it is located, so we'll have to see if that one pans out. Yet another update.. I realize that I haven't said much here lately, but over the winter we have moved and I have been playing phone tag with a couple of potential clients, so now that the dust is settling from the move, I have a bit more time to concentrate on contacting the clients. If anything develops, I will let everyone know..
We have been invited by another group to participate in the initial interview of one of their potential clients, and if the evidence supports it, to be a part of a joint investigation with them. We will be meeting the client on Saturday, and possibly doing the investigation a couple of weeks after that.
Well, life has been getting in the way lately, including being sick in bed for a full week, so the recordings from the Ellensburg investigation are taking longer then anticipated, but we hope to have them completed by this weekend....Also:
We have been invited by our friends at P.A.S.T. is Present, to sit in with them while they interview a possible client tomorrow. They don't have any details yet, but the feeling is that this might be a retail structure. If that is true, and if all of the permissions can be satisfied, we might be doing our first 'Joint' investigation with them. |
